Realtime Collaboration Lab: Cursors, Conflicts, Disconnects, and Trust

Two users edit the same record, one goes offline, another saves an older version, and a third user sees stale presence. Participants design a collaborative workflow that handles conflicts, visible presence, reconnects, version history, and respectful recovery messages.

The goal is not to build a massive editor. It is to understand the product decisions behind realtime collaboration: what users must see, which conflicts can merge automatically, and when the app must ask for human judgment.
