Chargebacks and disputes are stressful because the evidence is scattered. Participants reconstruct a purchase timeline from payment events, invoices, product access, emails, support messages, refund attempts, and account activity.

The session focuses on operational readiness, not arguing with customers. Teams design evidence collection, private-data redaction, support handoff, refund decision rules, and a dispute packet that is factual, respectful, and complete.
