A help center has lots of articles, but users still ask the same questions and support keeps sending private explanations. Participants audit a messy knowledge base for stale steps, missing screenshots, weak titles, poor search terms, dead links, and unclear ownership.

Teams will rewrite article structure, add evidence-based tags, create freshness checks, and define a publishing workflow that keeps support knowledge from decaying. The result is content people can actually find and trust.
